Before you read further, I would like to highlight that I am not a medical doctor nor a nutritionist.
The reason I wrote this article is for me to document what I’ve learnt on the subject matter from my research done on the internet.

Doing my personal research
Based on the literature in the Shiruto product catalog, the product is clinically proven to reduce gastric ulcer.
What is gastric or stomach ulcer?
According to HealthLine.com:
Stomach ulcers, which are also known as gastric ulcers, are painful sores in the stomach lining. Stomach ulcers are a type of peptic ulcer disease. Peptic ulcers are any ulcers that affect both the stomach and small intestines.
What causes stomach ulcers?
Based on my study, stomach or gastric ulcers are almost always caused by one of the following:
- An infection with the bacterium Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori)
- Long-term use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as aspirin, ibuprofen, or naproxen
Based on my research, I can conclude that Shiruto can offer relieve for people with stomach or gastric ulcer due to its active ingredient which is IP-PA1.
IP-PA1 stands for Immunopotentiator from Pantoea agglomerans 1.
IP-PA1 has been clinically proven to improve the gastric ulcer index in a scientific study done at the Biotechnology Research Center, Teikyo University of Japan in August 1991.
The title of the study was Homeostasis as Regulated by Activated Macrophage. III. Protective Effect of LPSw (Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of Wheat Flour) on Gastric Ulcer in Mice as Compared with Those of Other LPS from Various Sources.
The research report was published on the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Bulletin back in the year 1992.
One of the research scientist in the study was Hiroyuki Inagawa which came to Malaysia and gave a presentation on IP-PA1 in 5th January 2019.
In the study done at Teikyo University, it was found that IP-PA1 performed better in the gastric ulcer index compared to a control group.

In summary, based on my personal research and studying the product catalog, I can conclude that taking Shiruto with its IP-PA1 active ingredient can help to reduce gastric ulcer.
