If you are a professional network marketer, you will be building your network marketing or multi level marketing (MLM) business by partnering with a direct selling company.

Every direct selling company in the world has its own marketing and compensation plan.

Some of the MLM compensation plan that I know of are unilevel, binary, matrix, hybrid etc.

Seamless & fair marketing plan

The BE International marketing plan is One world, One account.

The BE International ranking are:

• Independent Business Owner (IBO)
• Ambassador
• Sapphire Ambassador
• Ruby Ambassador
• Emerald Ambassador
• Diamond Ambassador
• Crown Ambassador
• Royal Crown Council Ambassador (RCCA)

Anyone that signs up as a member starts as the basic IBO level.

The first level to rank up is the BE International Ambassador rank where an IBO achieved a preset sales volume within a given time frame.

As the IBO starts to grow his or her business with Ambassadors below them, the IBO will start to rank up to the Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, Diamond, Crown and Royal Crown Council Ambassador (RCCA) level.

Sponsoring a new member or downline locally and internationally can be done seamlessly.

For example, me and my husband are currently at the Crown-CCA ranking with BE International in Malaysia.

When we go to Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong or Indonesia to build our network, our ranking will maintain as Crown-CCA at the respective countries.

There is another benefit of BE International marketing plan that many people do not know.

There is no drop in your ranking!

When you’ve achieved a certain ranking in the BE business, you will remain there indefinitely.

Let me explain the significance of this “no drop in ranking” policy.

If you are building a network marketing business, you know that we plan our business growth based on the ranking in the business.

In the BE International business, when you achieved a certain ranking, you will trigger the commission payout for that rank and start to receive a bigger commission.

Most MLM company has the same policy.

However, for these MLM companies, if the distributor’s break away downlines do not maintain a certain monthly sales volume, they will experience a drop in their ranking.

When they experienced a drop in their ranking, the commission triggered at their higher rank will be taken away from them.

What are the consequences of a drop in ranking?

The IBO has no choice but to buy up stock using their downline’s account in order to maintain their ranking to receive their higher commission.

It is a vicious cycle and the IBO will not be able to maintain it for long.

Therefore, the consequences of a drop in ranking are high stress, anxiety and also personal debts on the leader IBO part in order to maintain his or her ranking.

The good news is, with BE International marketing and compensation plan, a leader IBO that has achieved a high rank in the business does not have to drive sales volume through its lagging breakaways lines just to maintain his or her rank.

If you have never build a network marketing business before, probably you will not understand the above situation.
