My husband and I have been building our network marketing / MLM business by working together with BE International since March 2018.
We did quite well in the business.

3) Beyul skin care series with Gamma PGA and perfected from Postbiotics from South Korea which include the Hydrating Gentle Cleansing Oil, Hydrating Cleansing Foam, Hydrating Cleansing Gel, Hydrating Toning Lotion, Hydrating Gel Cream, Hydrating Intensive Cream, Hydrating Intensive Ampoule, Hydrating Intensive Spot Cream, Hydrating Intensive Lip Care, UV Protection SPF 50+ PA+++ and Hydrating Mask.
4) Beyang Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) product category which include the Caffe Pre-mix Coffee, IP-PA1 Cream, Handcrafted Soap Bar, Intimate Foam Wash and Delicate Laundry Wash.
Business training
One of the elements of the BE International business is the business training provided.
The business training event for top leaders in the BE business is known as Global Leadership Conference (GLC).
I attended the GLC held on 24 – 26 September 2025 at Putrajaya Marriot Hotel.

In the following section, I will be sharing what I have learned from the GLC event.
Let’s begin.
Firstly, know that the BE GLC is a high-level event for top leaders to gain clarity, inspiration, and develop advanced leadership skills, focusing on topics like “giving and taking” and “leading with purpose”.
At the same time, for leaders to connect, share wisdom, and gain insights for their continued growth.

There were 6 topics based on the 6 books brought to life on GLC stage.
These topics’ contents was prepared personally by BE Founders.
➡️Topic 1: Start With Why – Simon Sinek
This sharing session was presented by RCCA Farehah.
Motivation can be faded, but purpose can sustain through challenges.
Purpose gives the most impact in leadership.
Leaders needs to understand and lead with their “WHY” (purpose) to inspire action and lasting momentum in their network.
Purpose-driven leaders create purpose-driven teams which enlightened me the fighting spirits of my team in BE Career.
➡️Topic 2: Atomic Habits – James Clear
This session was presented by RCCA TY Low.
Small good habit will bring a big impact over time.
We have to write down clearly the little changes that we want to achieve, make it obvious.
1% of improvement every day = 37x growth in a year.
Start the good small things little by little each day, be consistent and becomes good habits which leads to massive transformation.

This topic was presented by RCCA Lee Siow Mei.
Emphasizes the importance of “Giver Mindset” leaders who give selflessly, mentorship, and support create lasting networks.
Success depends on how we give than how we take.
Not just skill and strategy but character and contribution.
➡️Topic 4: Think & Grow Rich – Napoleon Hill
This topic was presented by Founder Ms Ho Huey Chuin.
Mindset will determine our destiny.
When your mindset leads, your action will follow.
Success = Definite Desire x Firm Faith x Action
If you truly desire it, you will achieve it.

I returned home filled with gratitude, clarity, and conviction.

Based on my experience building the BE business since 2017, to be successful in the business is 99% Mindset and 1% Techniques.
The BE GLC is all about helping us to strengthen and sharpen our Mindset.
