Is BE International MLM business Shariah Compliant?

My husband and I are professional network marketers.
We have been building our network marketing business by partnering with BE International since March 2018.
The BE business opportunity has a wide range of product for the heath and wellness market.
The different ranges of product from BE are:
- Aulora Series with Kodenshi garment (Aulora Pants, Aulora Socks, Aulora Panties, Aulora Boxer, Aulora Basic Top, Aulora Scarf, Aulora Arm Sleeves and Aulora Seamless Bra)
- Belixz functional food product (Shiruto, I-Vxion, Livcore, Befil, SlendMeal Pro, SlendGlow, Zencoso, NexBio and Collagen Plus)
- Beyul Skin Care Series with Postbiotics from South Korea
- Beyang Fast Moving Consumer Good (FMCG)
Through out the years, my husband and I have met with many people that have expressed their interest in building the BE business.
One of the common question they asked is whether the BE business is Syariah compliant.
As a non Muslim, it is very hard for us to give them a proper answer.
Luckily, one of the Muslim leaders in BE has shared with us his point of view on the above question.
His name is Ustaz Adlan.

In the above video, Uztaz Adlan has explained that the BE business opportunity has fulfilled all the requirement for a Shariah compliant business except one….which is the Shariah panel.
Should you proceed to build the business even though BE International does not have a Shariah panel?
