When is the best time to consume Belixz Befil from USA by BE International?

I started taking Befil back in the year 2018.
Back then, my blood pressure was slightly elevated and I was looking for a natural remedy that can help to lower my BP.
That was the reason why I took Befil.

For general heart health maintenance, it is recommended to take 1 sachet per day.

Each sachet has a net weight of 20 gram.
The way I consume Befil is by mixing the powder with a cup of room temperature water and drink it early in the morning on an empty stomach.
Why on an empty stomach?
Reason being so that the active ingredient in Befil which is nitric oxide can be absorbed quickly into your body.
Usually after I’ve taken my Befil, I will wait at least 1 hour before having my breakfast.
Can you take Befil in the afternoon after lunch or after dinner?
Personally, I have never taken Befil after lunch or after my dinner.
I always take Befil early in the morning.
If early in the morning is not a convenient time for you to take Befil, by all mean, you can take it anytime you want.
