How do you buy the genuine Befil product imported from the United States of America (USA) by BE International in Singapore?
Please allow me to explain.
Not too long ago, I shared my story and my personal experience using Befil on this blog.
Since then, I have received many enquiries from our blog readers asking how much is Befil and how they can buy it in Singapore.
There are actually 2 prices for Befil, which are the normal Retail Selling price and the discounted member price.

The 2 methods are:
1) Buying from BE International Singapore office
2) Via online using the BE International mobile application
BE Singapore office
The first method how you can buy the Belixz Befil is to get it from BE International Singapore office.
The company Singapore sales office is located at Tai Seng Centre which is a 5 minutes walk from the Tai Seng MRT station.

My wife and I are ordinary Independent Business Owner of BE.
In order to buy Befil at the office, you would have to first register as a member of BE.
The member registration fee is SGD20 valid for 1 year.
In order to register as a member, you have to find a sponsor.
The role of a sponsor is to provide personal customer service to you.

Your sponsor will be the main person to answer the above questions.

BE4U application
The second method to purchase Befil in Singapore is to do it online using the company’s BE4U smart phone application.
Above is a screenshot of the BE4U app which you can download for free from Google Playstore, Huawei AppGallery and Apple Appstore.
Inside the BE4U app, you can select the Befil package that you want.
You can purchase either the individual box or the multi-box offer packages.
Payment can be made using your credit and debit card within the app.
If your order per invoice is above SGD200, the delivery within Singapore is free of charge.
The company will deliver your parcel to your Singapore address using courier service.
After your order has been processed, you can see your parcel Delivery Status in the app.
When your parcel is ready to be delivered, you will also receive your parcel tracking number.
If you prefer to collect the Befil stocks on the spot without having to wait for the courier service, you can follow the 1st method above by going to BE International Singapore branch office to place your order.
Many people have asked me, can they buy Befil using the BE4U application and then go to Tai Seng office to collect their stock?
The answer is no they cannot because all orders made using the app will be delivered to a Singapore address using courier service.
Company notice
In this section, I thought of sharing why some of my blog readers do not want to register as a member of BE International and buy Befil direct from the company.
One of the main reasons was because they saw a lot of Belixz Befil listings on third party online marketplaces.
Many times they have asked me, “Why Befil is selling so much cheaper on Shopee and Lazada?”
Since they can get Befil cheaper from these 3rd party online marketplaces, they want to save money and would rather buy from the sellers there.
To be honest, I understand how they feel.
If I can get Befil at the cheaper price from Shopee or Lazada, why should I go through the trouble to open a member account with BE to place my order.

The main benefits of registering as a member and buying direct from the company is a guarantee that the product that you purchased from BE is 100% genuine.
Please allow me to explain why this is important.
Do you know why Befil are being listed so cheap on 3rd party online marketplaces?
It is because those are fake or counterfeit product!
Why would anyone want to sell fake or counterfeit product on 3rd party online marketplaces?
To make a quick profit of course.
Due to the high public demand on Befil, these scammers want to make quick money at your expense.
The issue of fake, imitation or counterfeit product on 3rd party online marketplaces is not new.
But lately, counterfeit Befil product has been appearing more and more on these platform.
BE International realised this and had already logged a complain with these 3rd party online platforms.
Alas, there is only so much the owner of these platforms can do.
Due to greed, scammers will always keep listing fake or counterfeit items on the platform because there is money to be made.
What BE has done was issue a notice warning the public not to buy Befil or any other product from the company on 3rd party online marketplaces.

As per the notice above, BE is deeply concerned about counterfeit products as their quality is highly questionable and the effectiveness is not guaranteed.
Worst of all, these counterfeit products pose a risk to the user’s health!
These counterfeit products are designed to closely resemble the packaging of Belixz Befil with the intent to mislead and confuse consumers.
BE International has made it very clear in the notice, they do not take any responsibility for counterfeit product!
If you buy any of BE product from 3rd party online marketplaces, you are doing it at your own risk.
What other steps have BE taken to protect its consumer?
To protect is consumer, the company has took the initiative to join HKRMA.
Member of HKRMA
As of the year 2023, BE International has joined the Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA).
HKRMA is a notable organisation dedicated to improving industry management standards and encouraging business expansion.
Their vision is to enhance customer experience and industry excellence and maintaining genuine excellence through its No Fake Pledge Scheme partnership.
One of the aim of the No Fake Pledge Scheme is to foster trader pride in dealing with genuine goods.
As an Independent Business Owner of BE International, we will do our utmost to raise our prospect and consumer’s awareness about intellectual property protection.
