A few days ago, I got a WhatsApp message from a lady in California, United States of America (USA).
She asked me how she can purchase the Aulora Pants with Kodenshi in California. She had found me from one of the article posted on my blog.
After a few Whatsapp messages exchange, she agreed to purchase 3x pairs of the Aulora Pants.
I explained to her the purchase process and how I can help her to register for a BE International membership account, lock in her order and courier her parcel to her using international courier service.
BE International has a One World One Account concept where if you are a nationality where BE does not have an office, you can register a BE Malaysia member account.

I calculated her total order amount and also added the international courier charges from Kuala Lumpur to California, USA for a 2 kg parcel.

And then she asked me, “How do I pay you?”
In the past, I have always asked my international buyers for the payment to be made using Western Union Online.
But this time around, I thought of asking her to use an app from a fintech company that was recommended to me by another customer from USA also.
The app is called Transferwise.
The application can be downloaded for free on Google Playstore and also Apple Appstore.
Since the lady in California has never used the app before, I sent a YouTube video on how to use Transferwise. I also sent her all my banking details because I know she will need them.
She followed the instruction in the video and then sent me a screenshot of her transaction on Transferwise.
In the app, it says I should be receiving the international fund transfer within 4 hours.
Previously when a customer paid me using Western Union Online, it will take 2 – 3 working days for me to receive the fund transfer in my bank account.
With Transferwise, I did receive the full amount in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) in my bank account within 4 hours.
I then asked the California lady for her details and registered a BE Malaysia member account for her.
Since the company will only do free delivery of the Aulora Pants order within Malaysia, I put down my KL home address and act as her local receiver for her parcel.
When I receive her parcel, I will repack and send it to her California address using international courier service.
There you have it, that is how my BE International business is being run from my home and I have customers from both locally and internationally.
