In this article, I will share the story of a former marketing and operation director and a former R&D engineer success journey in the network marketing industry with BE International.

My wife and I have been building our network marketing business since March 2018.
The company we partnered with is call BE International.
BE International is registered company which has the Akta Jualan Langsung (AJL) license from the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs to conduct its business.
BE now has international offices and distribution channel in Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong and Indonesia.
Some of the top selling product from the company are the Aulora Pants with Kodenshi and Belixz Shiruto, a type of functional food for our immune system from Japan.
Most probably you’ve heard of them because the product have gone viral on social media for the last couple of years.
For our business, I’ve created an online brand for my wife which is Mommy Lynn.

In the BE business, just like with all the other network marketing business opportunity, there are certain rankings.
The highest ranking at BE is call the Royal Crown Council Ambassador or RCCA.
How do you get to RCCA level?
The criteria for you to reach the RCCA rank is to have a minimum of 7 leadership lines with a set income received from BE for a period of 24 months period.
The criteria are actually quite high, that is why only a handful of people are able to achieve it.
If you are lucky enough to meet a BE International RCCA, you know he or she a is high caliber leader in the network marketing industry.
How many RCCAs are there in BE?
Let me explain.
BE International was setup at end of 2017.
It is a young company, but with its youthfulness and its ability to change and adapt quickly to changing market condition, the company has been growing very fast.
At the time I’m writing this article, there are already 49 RCCAs!
Most of the RCCAs actually came out in 2020 and 2021 when Malaysia was under Movement Control Order (MCO).
You may be wondering, who are the people reaching the RCCA level?
What are their background?
That’s the reason I want to write this article which is to share their story.
In this article, I’m going to share the story of a husband and wife team from Malaysia.
They are RCCA Jet Tan and Lee Siow Mei.
When he was young, Jet dreamed of becoming a successful entrepreneur who can travel around the world for his business.
In reality, he has achieved this dream in BE.
However, he has learned that true success is not just about money but about changing people’s lives.
During an interview, Siow Mei said, “My dream was to work as an electronics engineer in Japan. I wanted to design products that benefit people.”
Today, she’s found an even better way to benefit people…through BE International.
Jet and his wife Siow Mei were respectable engineers who were earning good income.
Siow Mei was a workaholic, easily hitting 100 hours over time a month as an R&D engineer.
She was totally absorbed in her world of work, with few friends and little realisation of her many health issues.
Meanwhile, Jet was burned out with his tedious management work.
As a telecommunication engineer, he started as a technical staff in his uncle’s company and worked his way up to become a director in 10 years.
He was earning 5 figure income, but the work pressure was immense.
They realised they needed a changed.
Jet and Siow Mei’s lives transformed after they saw the potential of the MLM business to give them better health, better income and more freedom.
They took the bold leap from their comfortable jobs to MLM, despite both being introverts.
Nevertheless, the couple were determined to succeed.
To begin, they needed to work on their weakness and expanding their social circle.
From small steps, the couple’s journey has rocketed them into their current position which is RCCA with BE.
They attribute their success to the fair and transparent system in BE that rewards every effort, regardless of your background, academic qualifications, family, etc.
I want to share a comment from Jet Tan:
“I can’t apply what I have learned in direct selling to my corporate job because they are two totally different systems.
In the corporate world, there is a hierarchy, and your position is determined by your academic background and experiences, not to mention the office politics”.
Through BE, the couple has learned that MLM is not only about earning high incomes but changing people’s destiny by transforming them into better people.

In the BE business, we always emphasize on the concept of 3S.
The 3S are Sharing, Servicing and Sponsoring.
How me and my wife service our customers in our BE business?
We use both online and offline methods.
Above is a photo of my wife doing a WhatsApp video call with one of our valued outstation customers.
Apart from the Aulora Series product, BE International has a range of functional food product category known as Belixz.
One of the top selling Belixz product is Shiruto from Japan.
We have a customers from Brunei that purchase Shiruto regularly.
Other than loyal customers, we also have business partners in Ipoh that sells Shiruto.
Communication is a big part of what we do.
We believe in staying connected and making sure our customers and business partners are always updated with the latest information.
During the video call, my wife shared the latest BE Lifestyle Travel campaign and explaining how as a member and business partners can qualify.
We always do our best to explain things clearly and simply, so that everyone understands how to take the next steps and benefit from what BE has to offer.
For us, customer service is more than just answering questions.
It’s about building trust, guiding them with care, and being present when they need us.
We believe good service comes from the heart.
That’s why we take time to reach out through video calls for our outstation customers.
It’s more personal, and it helps us connect better.
We want every customer to feel that they are not just buying a product, but becoming part of a community that cares.
This is also one of the reasons why we love building our business with BE.
