Both my wife and I have been wearing the Aulora Pants with Kodenshi since 2017.
We love the Kodenshi pants so much that we decided to join BE International as one of its Independent Business Owner (IBO) and started promoting and selling the Aulora Pants back in 2018.
We did quite well in the business and our trip to Japan was fully sponsored by BE International.
One of the most popular product is the Aulora Series with Kodenshi far infrared ray (FIR) garment imported from Japan.
The Aulora Series consist of the:
- Aulora Pants (Women & Men)
- Aulora Socks (Women & Men)
- Aulora Basic Top (T-shirt)
- Aulora Panties
- Aulora Boxer
- Aulora Arm Sleeves
- Aulora Scarf
- Aulora Seamless Bra
Among the top selling product from the Aulora Series is the Aulora Pants.
In the following section, I thought of sharing how we close sales and sponsor downlines in our business.
When we were new with BE, our focus was very much on doing only direct selling.
The primary product for our business has always been the Aulora Pants with Kodenshi from Japan.
We would generate leads using our blog, communicate with the prospect on WhatsApp and then made sales without having to meet the prospect.
Back in 2018 because there wasn’t a lot of other agents selling the Aulora Pants, closing sales using online method and WhatsApp was very easy.
I also know other BE leaders that have used Facebook to generate leads and close sales.
But time has changed and using purely WhatsApp and Facebook to sell Aulora Pants is not as easy anymore.
Reason being, there are more people joining BE International as an IBO using the the same marketing strategy thus saturating social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and etc.
In order to grow our BE network marketing business, we had to do something different.
What we did was adding another element of marketing into our Aulora Pants leads generation system.
The strategy is actually quite simple and alot of leaders from BE also teach the same strategy to their downlines.
The marketing strategy is call “Online to Offline” or O2O.
How does O2O works?
According to Investopedia website:
“Online-to-offline (O2O) commerce is a business strategy that draws potential customers from online channels to make purchases in physical stores.
Online-to-offline (O2O) commerce identifies customers in the online space, such as through emails and Internet advertising, and then uses a variety of tools and approaches to entice the customers to leave the online space.
This type of strategy incorporates techniques used in online marketing with those used in brick-and-mortar marketing.”
For the BE business, your marketing strategy begins by capturing the attention of people who are keen on the Aulora Pants using social media.
A very good example is by posting Aulora Pants testimonials videos on TikTok.
The goal of posting videos on TikTok is to get prospect to PM you.
That is the “Online” part of the marketing strategy.
The second part of the marketing strategy, the “Offline” is something most BE IBOs do not do and they missed a lot of opportunity to close sales.
The offline step is to make an appointment to meet with the prospect “Offline” in order to share with them the benefits of Aulora Pants.
I’ll share with one a story on how we used the Online to Offline strategy.
How do I generate leads to sell the Aulora Pants?
Well, I used Content Marketing.
I have been writing and posting my wife and my own personal experience using all the product from BE International.
Those personal product testimonials have been published on this blog.
Not too long ago, one of our blog reader read one of those articles and decided to reach out to us.
His name is Mr. F.
Mr. F. was keen to get the Aulora Pants and Shiruto for his wife.
The above is a screen capture of his initial WhatsApp messages.
In WhatsApp, I’ve asked Mr. F where he is located and he told me he is located in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
Since Subang Jaya is very near to Bukit Jalil, I’ve invited Mr. F to meet at BE International HQ.
Mr. F agreed and we made an appointment to meet the following day afternoon.
Whenever a prospect agreed to meet at BE HQ at Bukit Jalil, me and my wife will always go there.
For your information, it takes us about 1 hour drive on the highway from our house to Bukit Jalil.
Nonetheless, we will always make the trip to BE HQ to meet with our prospect.
The next day, we met with Mr. F at BE International HQ showroom.
Mr. F came together with his teenage daughter.
Whenever a prospect is willing to meet you at BE showroom at Bukit Jalil, there is a very high chance that you will close the sale.
That was what happened after we met with Mr. F.
Mr. F was very keen to buy the Aulora Pants and Shiruto for his wife.
His wife has some health issues and was about to go for surgery.
Although Mr. F saw a lot of positive user’s testimonials about the Aulora Pants and Shiruto on social media, he was very skeptical.
Because the Aulora Pants and Shiruto are premium product from Japan, the product price is actually quite expensive.
Mr. F was very hesitant to buy the product online because there are many imitation and fake Aulora Pants and Shiruto listed on 3rd party online marketplaces.
When my wife and I spoke to Mr. F at BE showroom, I could sense that Mr. F was serious about registering as a BE member and place his order.
What I did was made the entire process easy for his.
Since we are at BE HQ, he can register as a member, order, make payment and collect the stock at the same time.
By being at BE HQ, Mr. F was able to see that the company, the people and the product are all real and that gave him reassurance.
All I did was guide Mr. F to the next step which was to do the Electronic Know Your Customer (EKCY) on my smartphone.
After his identity card details have been scanned and verified, I used the computer terminal at BE sales counter to do the member registration, product order and payment.
I helped Mr. F ordered a pair of Aulora Pants women size 2XL and 3 boxes of Shiruto.
10 minits later, Mr. F collected his new member kit, Aulora Pants and Shiruto from the sales counter.
Before leaving the BE HQ, I also helped Mr. F to setup his BE4U application on his smartphone and taught him how to place order on the app.
In the future, he can just use the BE4U app to place new order on his smartphone and the company will deliver the product to his address.
All in all, we spent about 1 hour meeting with Mr. F at BE HQ and it was a fruitful appointment.
That is how my wife and I used the “Online to Offline” marketing strategy to build our network marketing business with BE International.
