Head aches & migraine
Firstly, do you know there are more than one type of headaches?
Yes, according to www.medicinenet.com, there are actually 17 types of headaches!
Reading about all the types of headaches is given me a headache 🙂
I used to have headaches quite often.
My headache is a type of mild tension headache.
A tension headache is generally a diffuse, mild to moderate pain in your head that’s often described as feeling like a tight band around your head.

What caused my headache?
It was from my prolong sitting position in front of my computer.
The type of work I used to do involve sitting for at least 8 – 10 hours a day in front of the computer.
At the end of the day, my neck and shoulder muscles are so strained that I will experience headache.
If you’ve read my wife’s personal experience wearing the Aulora Pants, you’ll know that her lower back pain and leg muscles cramps went away after wearing the pants for 1 week.
At that time, I was very curious to know if wearing the Aulora Pants can help to relieve my shoulder and neck muscles therefore help to relieve my headache.

How was my experience?

Firstly, because he spent long hours in front of his computer, it has caused him to experience numbness on his leg.
Just like me, he also has stiff neck which caused headaches and migraine.
Because he has been working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic, he has developed anxiety issues as well.
En. NS watched some user’s testimonies on TikTok and that was how he got to know of the Aulora Pants.
