Everyone would have their own personal reasons why they want to take Spirulina supplement.

But I am sure the reasons have to do with improving their health.

Our reasons

As for my family, we started taking Spirulina for health reason also.

My husband actually started taking Spirulina when he was 10 years old.

When he was in primary school, he used to fall sick at least once every month due to common cold and sore throat.
