You may be wondering, who are the people building and succeeding in the BE business?
In this article, I will be sharing the story of a leader in the network marketing industry that has a big business in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Brunei, Indonesia etc.
My wife and I have been building our network marketing business since early 2018.
The direct selling company in Malaysia that we partnered with is call BE International.
BE International is a Malaysia based company that has branch offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Brunei, and Indonesia.
One of the top selling product from the company is the Aulora Pants with Kodenshi from Japan.
Probably you’ve heard of it.
For our business, I’ve also created an online brand for my wife which is Mommy Lynn.
In the BE business, just like with all the other network marketing business opportunity, there are certain rankings.
The highest ranking at BE is call the Royal Crown Council Ambassador or RCCA.
How do you get to RCCA level?
The criteria for you to reach the RCCA rank is to have a min of 7 leadership lines and a predetermined net income from the company within a 24 months period.
Therefore, if a person is at BE International RCCA ranking, he or she is a successful leader in the network marketing industry.
How many RCCAs are there in BE?
BE International was established at end of 2017.
As of October 2025, the company has over 73 RCCA!
OK, now that you have some idea what is RCCA in BE, you may be wondering, who are the people reaching the RCCA level?
What are their background?
That’s the reason I wanted to write this article which is to share the stories of BE RCCAs.
In this article, I will be sharing the story of RCCA Cheong Chee Ann.
In BE, we refer him as the “Big Brother”.

The first time I met Chee Ann, he looks like a very stern person and does not speak much.
Later I found out why Chee Ann is such a quiet person.
It was because he is an Engineer, like me!
Most of my friends are engineer.
As an engineer, we prefer to think, solve problem rather than talk.
But surprisingly, when Chee Ann goes on stage to speak, he is like a different person.
The first time I heard Chee Ann spoke on stage was on the 5th of January 2019, during the launching of one of BE’s product call Shiruto at Sunway Convention Centre.
Back then, he spoke on stage in Mandarin.
But you know what, he was confident, persuasive and charismatic.
I was very very impressed.
Chee Ann also has a very impressive background story.
He actually became a millionaire at a young age of 30 years old.
No, he did not win the lottery to become a millionaire.
According to Chee Ann, it was “a decision he made”.
Chee Ann’s parent were farmers who wanted their children to study hard for a better life.
Chee Ann has 3 siblings who are all graduates from local universities.
Chee Ann’s parents worked very hard to finance all of their studies.
When Chee Ann graduated from UTM, he DECIDED to take a gap year to pursue a career in the MLM industry.
Being a good son, Chee Ann had wanted to become a successful Research & Development (R&D) engineer so that he could give his parents a better life.
But he figured if MLM could speed up his success, why not give it a try?
From the time Chee Ann decided to take a gap year to pursue a career in MLM industry, it has now been more than 20 years!
He has achieved great success in his business journey.
I want to quote Chee Ann from an article I read about him. He said:
“The MLM business has given us the opportunity to learn and improve ourselves continuously, no matter how successful we are. While we are solving our downlines problems, we are growing too. As we grow stronger, our downlines grow too,”
That is the story of RCCA Cheong Chee Ann.
A quiet engineer with a BIG dream to make a difference.

Our personal experience
The BE business career path for me and my wife is very different from RCCA Chee Ann.
My wife is just an ordinary housewife.
I was a product manager for an online news portal.
When I’ve completed my university studies, I went to work in the oil and gas industry immediately.
My wife was was a Human Resource (HR) manager and also the personal assistant to the executive director of a stationary manufacturing company in Kuala Lumpur.
However, she resigned from her job when we got married and she became a full time housewife and mother.
Back then, I was a full time internet marketer running my own websites selling information products as an online affiliate.
My online business was running well at first, but after Google had multiple updates to its websites ranking algorithm, my online business was badly affected.
The income from my online business dropped drastically.
Our family was fast reaching a crisis point.
At the time, my wife decided to get into employment.
However, because she has not been working for more than 6 years, she was unable to secure a job.
Out of desperation, she had to start a home business.
Without having much capital nor business or sales experience, she decided to make use of BE International business opportunity.
Back then, she was looking for a solution to help relieve her back ache and leg cramps.
She was told that the Aulora Pants from Japan, the core product from BE International, can help and she decided to give it a try.`
That was the beginning!
Our business journey with BE began after she did a detailed assessment of the Aulora Pants with Kodenshi.
After wearing the Aulora Pants for a week, my wife found that the pants did help to relieve her back ache and leg cramps.
That gave us the confidence to start sharing the Aulora Pants with our friends and family members.
In March 2018, we started to build our network marketing business seriously.

As of today, we have achieved the Crown Ambassador ranking with BE International.
Our next goal is to achieve the Royal Crown Council Ambassador (RCCA)…just like RCCA Cheong Chee Ann.
