BE International House Fund – Path To Achieve Your Dream Home

Back in mid 2017, my family moved from Klang to Bandar Sri Damansara, KL.

The reason we made the move because after being a full time housewife for more than 6 years, I wanted to get back into the workforce.

I needed help from someone to look after my kids when I go back to work and my mother staying at Bandar Sri Damansara said she can help and that was the main reason why our family made the move.

We rented a small one story house near my mother’s place for RM1,300.00 per month.

I started my job search to get back into employment but no company wanted to hire me because I had a 6 years non-working gap in my employment record.

You can read more about my story here.

During that time, I was introduced to the BE International business opportunity.

Create Your Dream Life

Path to our Dream Home

When I was first introduced to the BE International marketing plan, to be honest, I didn’t really understand it.

However, I did like the idea that the company is offering 9 types of commission / bonuses for those that want to make use of its platform to build a home business.

BE International 9 Bonuses

What I really like was the Car Fund and the House Fund which are passive income in nature.

I was told the Car Fund is a bonus paid out maximum RM7,000.00 per month for 4 years and the Housing Fund maximum payout is RM6,000.00 per month for 20 years.

Personally, I could see the BE House Fund as a path for our family to achieve our Dream Home.

Our rented home is small and we are always lacking of space.

When my husband was working from home during MCO in March 2020, he had to set up his work space on our kitchen table.

We wanted more space for our kids and also for a home office.

Back then, we could not see how we could afford to buy a new house in the Klang Valley.

But with the BE House Fund, I saw the possibility and I started to get excited.

Shopping for our Dream Home

In this article, I won’t talk about me and my husband’s career journey building a home business using the BE business platform because I have already wrote about it in another article published on my blog.

We did very well in the BE business and we successfully qualified for both the Car Fund and House Fund in end of 2018.

In October 2020, making use of the House Ownership Campaign (HOC) 2020 – 2021, me and my husband started to look for our Dream Home.

Our first visit was to Gamuda Gardens township at Sungai Buluh.

Below are some of the pictures taken during our visit to the Garmuda Gardens Experience Gallery and show unit visitation.

Gamuda Gardens Experience Gallery

Arriving at the showroom and meeting the Sales Consultant

Gamuda Gardens, a brand new township by Gamuda. It reminds me of Setia Ecopark 15 years ago.

The township has a clubhouse for residence with an Olympic size swimming pool which my husband likes.

Man made pond

The view of one of the 5 man made ponds in the project.

Show unit

Arriving at the Phase 3 Jova Super Link houses show unit.

Spacious hall

A very spacious family hall area.

Dining area

Very nice dining area. I don’t think we’ll need the wine cellar because both me and my husband don’t drink wine.

Kids room

Nice and spacious room for my 2 kids.

Home office

A guest room on the ground floor which we will convert it into our home office with equipment set up for Zoom meetings and online learning.

Masterbed room

Behold! The amazing master bedroom. There is enough space in the master bedroom which I can build a walk in wardrobe.

Next, we will be visiting another project in Kuala Selangor.
