In this article, I thought of sharing a question that we have been getting lately from our customers and also prospects.
The question was, “Why BE International always runs out of products?”
If you didn’t know, back in mid 2023, the Aulora Pants Men large sizes went out of stock.
After that, it was the Aulora Socks women, Aulora Socks Men, Aulora Boxer, Aulora Arm Sleeve, Shiruto, Befil etc that went on Back Order.
Even when BE had a soft launch of the new Aulora Seamless Bra, the stock was sold out so fast that my wife couldn’t even get a que number when she went to BE HQ early in the morning.
When a product is on Back Order, our customer can pre-order the product but have to wait for the new stock to arrive.
How long they have to wait depends on the amount of stock arriving and also the number of pre-orders in the system.
So it was understandable when we have customers and prospects asking why BE product always out of stock.
Out of stock or Back Order products is prove that the BE business business opportunity is real.
This is not BE trying to create an artificial scarcity in order to raise product prices.
In fact, the price for the Aulora Series garment has remained the same for more than 6 years.
No stock is not because there is a problem in the production line.
The fact is, the production line for the Aulora Series product is running as usual in Japan.
Then what was the reason for BE product running out of stock?
Well, the answer is due to excessively increase in demand!
During the Star Awards Night event held at Berjaya Time Square on December 10th 2023, the founder of BE shared with us the statistics of 2023 which has not yet ended.
Here’s some interesting data for the BE sponsorship rate compared to 2022:
- Malaysia: 173%
- Brunei: 186
- Indonesia: 160%
In Hong Kong and Singapore, the sponsorship rate is very close to the numbers recorded in 2022.
In 2023, the company also received various awards for its products and also the company itself.
The awards are not only in Malaysia, it’s even at the Asian level.
For example, the BE received the Hong Kong Health Brand Award 2023; Healthcare Professional’s Choice Category for the Aulora Apparel Series and Belixz Shiruto.
BE also received the Malaysia Health and Wellness Brand Awards 2023 for:
- Belixz I-Vxion
- Belixz Spirulina
- Belixz Maqnifiq
- Belixz Zencoso Chewable Balls
Even with the chaos for many product going on back orders, customers complains still have to be managed and handled.
As prove that BE International did a good job customer service wise, the company received the CXP Best Customer Awards 2023!
The award shows that BE customers are very happy with the level of customer service given by BE.
In addition to that, at the Asian level, BE was also awarded The Best Companies To Work For In Asia 2023.
The awards signified that BE as a company is not only a business people are looking for but also a company people are looking to work in.
BE also never stop making contributions to the community starting from day one.
In 2023, BE has contributed RM1.5 Million to the establishment of UTAR Hospital.
The above is the ceremony for the donation contributed by BE.
Customer support
In this section, I will be sharing how you can use the BE IBO Support (CSS) to check on your order delivery status.
CSS stands for Customer Support System and it is a feature within the BE4U application available to all BE International member.

Not too long ago, I received a message on WhatsApp from my existing customer.
He has recently ordered 2 pairs of the Aulora Socks Women size M.
After about 2 weeks, he still has not receive his order.
He asked me to help him to check on his order status.
As his BE sponsor, checking on customer’s order status is one of my responsibility.
What I did was create a customer support ticket using the IBO Support.
All I did was provided my customer’s full name, his IBO member code and when he locked in his order.

BE customer service agent will reply to my support ticket within 24 hours.
When BE customer service has checked my customer’s order invoice number, they will update me the estimated time of the arrival of the new stock.
I will then share the information with my customer.

Should people still skeptical about the BE business opportunity?
It is clear that BE founders have made this company a success.
That’s why my wife and I have no doubts.
Yes, there are challenges in the BE business but which business does not have challenges?
But what my wife and I chose to focus on is the positive side.
