Can Shiruto from Japan by BE International help to relieve sinus or allergic rhinitis?

In this article, I will share my family’s experience taking Shiruto.
Many people, both adults and children suffer from sensitive nose which causes constants sneezing, blocked and runny nose.
Many people call this as having sinus.
But a more accurately term for the above symptoms is allergic rhinitis.
Both my husband and eldest daughter have allergic rhinitis.
They will experience constant sneezing and running nose when the surrounding air is too humid in the morning.
Their sneezing bouts are also triggered by dust in the air or in a stuffy room.
A lot of my friends and their children also have issues with allergic rhinitis.
In Bahasa Malaysia, I believe it is called resdung.
Many people have asked me the following question, “Can Shiruto help to relieve sinuses or allergic rhinitis?“
In the section below, I will share my family’s experience taking it.
Sharing my family’s personal experience
For your information, me, my husband and both our daughters have been taking the Shiruto functional food from Japan daily.
One thing that I can share is that I did notice a significant reduction of sneezing and blocked nose for my eldest daughter.
Before, my eldest daughter will have to visit the pediatric at least once every 6 months for a bad case of hay fever or allergic rhinitis.
She would have to go on MC for 1 – 2 days due to fever and feeling lethargic.
The doctor also recommended Avamys nasal spray to help with her allergy.
As a mother, I am not fond of giving medicines with corticosteroids to my kids.
If possible, I would rather have their immune system heal their body naturally.

After we’ve started giving my daughter 1 sachet of Shiruto every night, I can honestly say her nose allergy has gone away.
Can Shiruto help you or your family member relieve their allergic rhinitis?
To be honest, I do not know.
What worked for others may or may not work for you because everyone’s condition is different.
Nonetheless, I hope my sharing above has been helpful for you.
