Can wearing the Aulora Pants with Kodenshi from Japan by BE International help to improve your sleep quality?
In this article, I will share my thoughts on the above question.
Recently, I read an article published on Reuters Health with the title “Compression stockings may ease sleep apnea“.
I found the article very interesting because it quoted:
Wearing compression stockings during the day may slightly improve sleep apnea at night, a small study suggests.
What is sleep apnea?
According to Mayo Clinic:
Sleep apnea is a potentially serious sleep disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts. If you snore loudly and feel tired even after a full night’s sleep, you might have sleep apnea.
According to the American Sleep Apnea Association, sleep apnea affects more than 22 million Americans. The risks of having sleep apnea are:
- Risk of high blood pressure
- Heart attack
- Stroke
- Irregular heartbeat
- Diabetes
- Risk of being sleepy and fatigued during the day
- Sleep poorly at night
Coming back to the article published in Reuters Health:
In the new study, 22 patients with obstructive sleep apnea who wore compression stockings during the day for two weeks saw their frequency of apneas decrease by 27 percent, compared to 23 patients who didn’t wear the stockings,

Reading the above article was very encouraging because I have been wearing the Aulora Pants with Kodenshi from Japan by BE International which is a type of compression stockings and I have been experiencing better sleep at night.
As an added benefit, the Aulora Pants is also made with infused ultra-fine ceramic particles in the fiber which emits far infrared ray (FIR) when it touches and absorb the wearer’s body heat.
Can far infrared ray help improve your sleep quality as well?
Can it help people with insomnia?
As it turns out though, infrared therapy can help.
In a study done by the Athletic training facility of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army and research laboratory of the China Institute of Sport Science have linked infrared therapy with improved sleep quality.
The following was the conclusion of the above study.
“Our study confirmed the effectiveness of body irradiation with red light in improving the quality of sleep of elite female basketball players and offered a nonpharmacologic and noninvasive therapy to prevent sleep disorders after training.”
You can read the above study paper here.

Will wearing the Aulora Pants help to improve your sleep?
Unfortunately, I am unable to answer the above question.
Everyone’s experience wearing the Aulora Pants is different.
What worked for others may or may not work for you because our physiology is different.
The only way to know for sure is to try the Aulora Pants yourself and monitor your condition.
Nonetheless, I have came across other people sharing their experience wearing the Aulora Pants and it has helped to extend their deep sleep.
