Moving Your Entire Network To A New Home
Not too long ago, a network marketing leader contacted me through our blog.
He name is Mr. A.
Mr. A has been in the network marketing industry for more than 12 years.
His entire network including his downlines and customers are all within Malaysia.
Mr. A told me that the direct selling company that he has partnered with for the last 12 years is in the process of liquidation.
In other words, the company is closing down.
Mr. A is about to loose his major source of income from his MLM business.
Mr. A has been reading my wife and my journey with BE International because we published articles on this blog.
He reached out to us on our WhatsApp.
I set up a Zoom session with Mr. A and we had a chat online.
Mr. A has one key question for us.
He wanted to know how he can bring his existing network from his previous MLM company into BE International.
Setting Up Old MLM Network With BE International
This is actually not the first time an experienced network builders have asked me how they can transfer their entire network while maintaining the sponsor tree into BE International.
In this article, I will share with you my thoughts.
Firstly, you have to understand the BE International business plan or marketing plan.
BE International uses a traditional or unilevel marketing plan.
There is no limit on how many frontlines you can sponsor.

The prospect registered as a BE member and became our frontline.
If your previous MLM company uses a binary or and hybrid marketing plan, it is unlikely you can “export” your old line of sponsorship into BE International.
However, it your previous direct selling company also has a unilevel marketing plan, then the process of recreating your old line of sponsorship into BE International is doable.
Recreating your old unilevel network in BE International
If your previous MLM company uses a unilevel marketing plan, you would understand how the income and leadership overriding bonuses in your business are calculated.
To setup your old network marketing business structure with BE International is not difficult.
All you have to do is give it some time to arrange your individual leadership lines.
The very first step is of course for you to register as a BE IBO or Independent Business Owner.
As a member, you will have your own IBO Code.
The next step is to identify all of your key leaders from your previous network.
Are your key leaders willing to be separated from one another and become your new frontlines?
If they are willing have their own standalone network without any business relationship with each other, then you can just share your BE membership sponsor link and sign up your individual key leaders as your new frontlines.
If your key leaders are very close and would like to work with each other as a team, then it is best to group all of them under 1 line.
That 1 line with all of your key leaders in it will be your primary business in your new network with BE International.
Your individual key leaders will be sponsored down one after another.
In other words, your primary line now have second, third, fourth, fifth etc generation under you.
Trust and leadership is still the key factor in your Network marketing business
As I’ve explained above, technically it is possible to transfer your MLM business from your previous company to a new home which is BE International.
If your previous company uses a traditional unilevel marketing plan, the set up process is straight forward.
However, what is more important when bringing your team to a new company is trust and leadership.
Do your key leaders trust you?
Do you have good relationship with them?
If they trust you and believe in you, the next step is to lead them and adopt a new business culture with BE International.
Your responsibility right now is to mentor your key leaders to become successful with BE.
Before you can teach your key leaders how to become successful in the BE business, you have to BE successful yourself in BE.
Your key leaders will duplicate what you have done.
Therefore, your next step in the BE International business is to reach the Ambassador ranking.
