What is BE International Performance Bonus?
BE International Performance Bonus is a monthly financial incentive or cashback paid to registered members. It rewards individuals for their personal purchases and group product orders for product such as the Aulora Series, Belixz functional food, Beyul Skincare Series from South Korea and Beyang Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).

- Sales Value (SV): The fixed point value assigned to each product from BE International to determine rank advancements and bonus percentage tiers.
- Bonus Value (BV): The monetary value assigned to products used to calculate the final commission payout amount in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) currency for Independent Business Owners (IBO) who are actively building the BE International network marketing business.
Performance Bonus Tiers and Structure
Your Performance Bonus rate increases as your cumulative Sales Value (SV) reaches higher percentage:

Once an IBO reaches the 15% Performance Bonus tier (typically achieved upon reaching 12,000 cumulative SV), they secure the maximum rebate rate for their personal orders.
When a BE International accumulate a total 8000 SV within one calendar month, he / she will be promoted to the Ambassador rank.
How the Performance Bonus Works
- For Personal Consumers (Rebates / Cashback): When a member orders products using their account, BE International calculates the monthly Performance Bonus by applying their current percentage tier (5% to 15%) to the Bonus Value (BV) of those items. This acts as direct cashback on personal purchases.
- For Business Builders (Overriding Bonus): Active BE IBOs can earn a level-difference (overriding) bonus on orders placed by downline members in their team. The upline receives the percentage difference between their own tier rate and their downline member’s tier rate.
